龙饼变成花饼
材料:
120 克牛油
120克幼糖
3粒蛋黄
¼小匙香蕉精
360克粟粉
少许红色素(点眼用)
做法
1. 牛油与幼糖搅至成乳白色,加入蛋黄及香蕉精搅匀.
2. 将粟粉拌至成一粉团.
3. 将粉团放入挤花袋内挤出成龙形,点上眼睛
4. 放入烘炉用180’C 之火度烘至淡黄色.
